Wellbeing: Empathy

Empathy is the ability to understand and care about what another person is feeling. When we feel empathy for others, we are more likely to act in a kind way. When you do something kind for someone else, you feel happy too.

Activity: How can you show empathy to someone in your family? Draw or write two examples.
